YOUR AGENT

It handles the repetition.
You keep the decisions.

Start a role search and it title-matches openings from approved public boards. You choose a role and select Load and assess before ApplyWise compares it with your guardrails, evidence, and unknowns. It never sends anything.

CATALOGUE · APPROVED PUBLIC BOARDS
33 approved board seeds · 1 due board per refresh

The catalogue refreshes one due board per hourly run. Candidate recommendations are created only when the candidate starts or returns to a search.

ILLUSTRATIVE SESSION

One candidate-started loop, as six panels.

An example sequence, not a background run. This is the only place the agent talks out loud.

WHY AN ASSESSED ROLE CAN PAUSE

The reason stays attached to the decision.

ApplyWise evaluates only the role you select. A conflict or unknown is shown with its reason before the role can enter your shortlist.

ASSESSMENT REASONS · ILLUSTRATIVE
Example
Work authorization conflict1
Salary below your floor1
Hard requirement unknown1
Location outside your guardrail1

Example reasons for selected-role assessments, not measured population counts.

You set what must pause a selected role: work authorization, location, salary, work mode, or an unknown hard requirement. ApplyWise names the reason after assessment instead of pretending the whole catalogue was filtered.

  • Every assessed holdback has a reason you can read
  • Candidate-started assessment comes first
  • It never presses submit

What it can reach is on Security.

WHAT IT CAN SAY ABOUT A GAP

Supported, unsupported, or still unknown.

A selected-role assessment names what current evidence can support. Live TryOmie completion-to-rescore is not connected yet.

SELECTED ROLE · REQUIREMENT COVERAGE

One requirement is unsupported

Add confirmed evidence, revise the source facts, or leave the gap open. Reassessing uses the evidence that exists at that moment.

Every named requirement stays visible. ApplyWise shows counts, not a readiness percentage, until the matcher earns one.

ApplyWise can show which requirements in the selected posting have supporting evidence and which do not. It does not yet choose a learning plan from title frequency or claim that completing a course changed fit.

Confirm new evidence first. Then reassess the same role without inventing a score lift.

  • Every requirement remains named
  • Confirmed evidence can be reassessed

WHAT COMES BACK

Silent is the biggest column.

Every other product hides this one. Leaving it out is what makes a normal search feel like a personal failure.

Example
21 · COLUMNS-FILLING19 sent · 4 alive
2Draft
2Sent
11Silent
4Talking
2Closed

Silent is the tallest column in almost every real search, and no product puts it in a screenshot. Leaving it out is what makes a pipeline feel like a failure rather than a process.

Most applications never get an answer. That is the ordinary shape of a search and it is not about you, so the board shows it rather than quietly moving those cards somewhere else.

  • Silent is a column, not a hidden state
  • Every rejection reason you record can be reused
  • No streaks and no encouragement

What it does with the reasons is on how it works.
