BEFORE LAUNCH
What must exist first.
These are launch requirements, not current capabilities.
Terms
Published eligibility, rates and exclusions.
Attribution
A working referral link and auditable window.
Consent
Clear disclosure for every referred candidate.
Payouts
Verified balances, reversals and payment records.
WHAT YOU ARE SENDING THEM TO
A product that makes the candidate choose.
Worth knowing before you recommend it: catalogue title matches are not assessments. The candidate selects a role before ApplyWise checks it.
Example reasons for candidate-selected role assessments, not population data.
Ten applications someone can defend, not a thousand they cannot. That is the product, and it is why the referrals who stay are the ones who were told the truth about it up front.
- Every assessed holdback carries a reason
- No auto-apply, so no volume to promise
