ABOUT

Nobody should
apply 300 times.

We built this after watching a friend send hundreds of applications over five months and hear back a handful of times. Not because she was unqualified — because the volume game rewards machines and she was doing it by hand, at night, after work.

THREE RULES

What it will never do.

These are the decisions that were expensive to make and are cheap to keep.

1

The applicant decides.

You review the packet, open the employer site and submit it yourself. ApplyWise does not make the final employer submission.

2

No invented claims.

If there is no evidence in your history, it does not go in the CV. Gaps get named honestly instead of papered over.

3

We are not the recruiter.

Employers do not pay us and cannot buy placement. You are the customer, so your interests are the only ones in the ranking.

HOW WE MAKE MONEY

Nineteen euros a month, from people looking for work.

That is the entire business model. No employer listings, no recruiter subscriptions, no selling your profile, no ads. It is a small model on purpose — the moment employers pay us, the ranking stops being yours.

No data sales No paid placement No ads, ever
WHO PAYS
0employer fees taken, ever

If an employer could pay for placement, the shortlist would stop being about you within a quarter.

The only number on this page that matters, and it is a zero on purpose.

THE FIRST WEEK

What a week with it earns.

Trust is earned in pieces and each day earns a different one. This is the shape of the argument, not a promise about a date.

Example
22 · WEEK-ARCSeven days, seven different things
DAY 1It reads your CV once, and asks you to confirm what it found
DAY 2You search by title and choose a role to import
DAY 3You select Load and assess for that role
DAY 4Its unsupported requirements are named without a time estimate
DAY 5A draft you have read, that has not gone anywhere
DAY 6An outcome you record without an automatic learning reorder
DAY 7You send oneYou open the employer site, review its fields and submit it yourself.

Trust is earned in pieces, and each day earns a different one. Nothing here is a streak and nothing expires if you skip a day.

THE PART THAT WILL NOT FLATTER US

Some people will not get hired.

We would rather have the space for that number on the page now than add it later once it is inconvenient.

THE SHARE WHO DID NOT

One hundred cells, none of them resolved. This fills with the share of people who used applywise and did not get hired — which needs a cohort that has finished, and there is not one. Drawing a figure we have not measured would spend the credit this page is trying to earn.

Every product in this category publishes the share who succeeded and none publishes the share who did not. The second number is the one that tells you whether the first one means anything.

ApplyWise can hold back one selected role after assessment. It does not scan a market autonomously or turn that result into a trend.

  • The space for it is on the page already
  • It will be published whichever way it lands
  • Nothing here is estimated in the meantime

AN OMIE COMPANY

Where the gap-closing came from.

ApplyWise is a standalone product. A future scoped, candidate-approved TryOmie API may connect a named role gap to learning and return approved evidence. That live completion connection is not shipped today.

The current product keeps gap planning and proof review inside the candidate-controlled workspace. See how it works.
